Can I insert an image, video, or gif in my FAQ?Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Enter the app’s Settings 2. Click on the “Manage FAQs” button 3. Select the question you would like to add media to 4. When editing your answer click on the camera, video, or GIF icon 5. Add media from your library.

How do I add a new question & answer?To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Click “Manage FAQs” button 2. From your site’s dashboard you can add, edit and manage all your questions and answers 3. Each question and answer should be added to a category 4. Save and publish.

How do I edit or remove the “FAQ” title?You can edit the title from the Settings tab in the app. If you don’t want to display the title, simply disable the Title under “Info to Display”.

What is your editing process?Editing can be done in many ways and some types of editing can change the quality of your video film. Asking how your videographer edits their videos will let you know what kind of videos they produce. Since we produce a variety of videos we have a tailored experience for each client. However, for consistency and product quality standards we try to keep our work inline with our packages details.

Do you have any experience with ____?You will often find 10 years or more combined production experience. There’s at least two of us that have encountered a project like yours, a deadline just as ridiculous or expectations just as high. That means we know how to make things happen here. No sweat.

Can you produce my Commercial, Music Video or Social Video?Yes. If you have the idea and budget we have a team of writers, producers, directors, editors and technicians standing by to make your vision a reality.

Music Video - Can you do both the audio and video together?This is plausible, however it will likely cost you more as it involves hiring multiple videographers to do each angle, rather than the same videographer over multiple takes. If you would like to go this route, we recommend recording one of your concerts!

How long will it take to produce my video?Six to eight weeks is average for a video. Social videos can usually be turned around much quicker. We can move as quickly as you can. We find that usually, the most time-consuming part of making a commercial or video is the approval process on the client-side. If you give us the greenlight we can turn around your project extremely quickly.

What is your pricing like?Pricing varies depending on the scope of the project, but pricing ranges from $300 to $1,500 or more.. Please contact us for a more precise quote. We will do our best to work within your budget!

How do you hire a good video production company?Some companies bid multiple vendors for a project but most of our clients are single bid from referrals, repeat business or good chemistry rather than cost. Video production is often high visibility within client organization so it’s essential there is significant trust between the video production company and the client. Many of these companies only produce scripts brought to them by corporations or marketing agencies others provide a script to screen services.
